San Francisco Cioppino

2-26 oz. jars Paladini Cioppino Sauce
2-tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

12 live clams in the shell

12 oz firm fish filets-Halibut, Sea Bass in bite-sized portions

12 medium to large uncooked shrimp
2 large cooked crabs cracked and sectioned

fresh parsley

optional: 8 medium sea scallops & half cup of white wine

                DIRECTIONS
Heat the Paladini Cioppino Sauce. Add the clams and the wine (optional), simmer covered for 15 minutes, checking often and transferring clams to a bowl as they open. Add fish pieces  to the sauce and simmer covered 5 minutes or until fish is just cooked through. Stir in shrimp, crab pieces,clams with their liquid and scallops (optional ), add lemon juice, simmer covered 6-8 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
